4. Orthokeratology ( OrthoK)



Orthokeratology is the method of temporal vision correction.

By this method, the corneal curve is modified by wearing a specific contact lens while sleeping at night. After removing the modifying lens next morning the eye becomes emmetropia temporally. The effect diminishes by the evening. Patient repeats the same procedure everyday. Because the results of orthokeratology has not been established yet, we don’t provide this treatment at present and waiting for the further development of the academic work.
